You can place your order with Smoky Trout Farm by phone, fax or email. If you are faxing or emailing your order, please provide the following info:
1) First and Last Name 2) Home and/or Work and/or Cell phone numbers 3) Size, Species and Number of Fish you would like. 4) If you want Pickup or Delivery of your fish. 5) Fish Culture License Number
We will get back to you to confirm your order as soon as possible.
