Need to pick up your fish or product? Want a Water Quality Consultation? You've come to the right place.

Please only book an appointment to pick up fish if you have already confirmed that you have fish on order with us. If you are not sure, please CONTACT US. 

SUMMER WARNING: From mid-June, through early-September we highly recommend only booking fish pick ups in the morning, especially if you are hauling the fish for more than 30 minutes. High temperatures are stressful for trout and they may not survive the trip to your pond if temperatures are too high.

We cannot sell fish to anyone unless without a copy of their Alberta Fish Culture License on file. If you have not already done so please email a copy to us.​

If you would like to book an appointment for a water quality consultation, please come prepared to answer detailed questions about your pond. Please take the time to complete THIS FORM before you come. The better the information you provide us with, the better the advice we can give you.

Due to biosecurity requirements, we no longer offer tours of our facility.
